1995, and Dubstar first appeared as Steve Hillier, Chris Wilkie and Sarah Blackwood. Born of smoky bars, seedy basements clubs and debauched house parties, Dubstar released their debut album 'Disgraceful' to amazing critical and commercial success across the world.
